  • Care plan data: your care-plan activation status, goal, plan steps, and related update flags.

  • Communications data: chat messages, uploaded attachments, timestamps, and read/unread status.
  • Notification data: Firebase Cloud Messaging device token used to deliver app notifications.
  • Technical data: session identifiers, IP address, device/browser user agent, authentication tokens, and operational logs needed for security and maintenance.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to operate and improve the service, including to:

  • register accounts and authenticate users;
  • verify email ownership and support password reset flows;
  • unlock and display care-plan information after valid activation;
  • receive, manage, and respond to appointment requests;
  • enable messaging, file sharing, and support communication with authorized staff;
  • send notifications and important service updates;
  • protect against unauthorized access, misuse, fraud, and system abuse; and
  • maintain, troubleshoot, audit, and improve the platform.

3. How information is shared

We may share information only as reasonably necessary to operate the service:

  • with authorized administrators, care coordination personnel, and support staff who manage your account, appointments, care plans, or messages;
  • with service providers that help us host the platform, store files, deliver email, process notifications, and support app infrastructure;

The service may contain health-related information that you provide through appointment notes, care-plan access, chat messages, or uploaded files such as reports, images, or documents. You should only upload content that is necessary for your care support or communication through the service.

Uploaded files and message content may be accessible to authorized personnel managing the service in order to review, respond, coordinate care, and maintain service quality and safety.

5. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain legitimate business and security records.

One-time passcodes are time-limited. Session, security, and diagnostic data may be retained for fraud prevention, debugging, and compliance needs.

6. Account deletion and your choices

You may request account deletion from the authenticated app experience by confirming your password. When deletion is completed, the service is designed to remove your account and associated application records, including authentication tokens, OTP records, appointments, conversations, messages, attachments, and care-plan records, except where retention is required by law or legitimate operational need.

You may also update certain account information in the app. You can stop receiving push notifications by changing your device settings or removing the notification token from the service.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

8. Children's privacy

The service is not intended for children under 13 without permission and involvement from a parent, guardian, or authorized representative. If you believe information from a child has been submitted improperly, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

9. Third-party services

We may rely on third-party infrastructure and tooling to support hosting, email delivery, notification delivery, analytics limited to app operations, and file storage. Those providers may process personal information on our behalf only as needed to perform their services.
